Do not miss this event! This is like no other bridal showcase in the greater Sacramento area. It is a carefully crafted display of true event artistry by the best and the brightest of the area's wedding professionals. It is all about eye candy for the wedding decor & services obsessed.

Come taste some delicious food, sip on some cocktails, dance to a great band, and view amazing wedding gowns while strolling through some glamorous decor vignettes.

Lavish and Fabulous takes place on Thursday, November 11th at 6PM, until 9:30PM. Tickets are on sale for $15 online {$20 at the door} at www.lavishandfabulous.com. The party is located at Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa - 1220 Arden Hills Lane, Sacramento, California. Must be 21 to attend and Cocktail Attire is requested.

Yes!  This is such a late post.  It has been nuts around here with the wedding frenzy upon me.  And the last thing I have had time for is blogging.  I have so much to share from new designs to real weddings!  Blogging again starts today!!

The winner of the Dream Wedding Show Drawing for 50 Custom Invitations is Merisa W.  from Lodi, California.  Her wedding will take place on her family estate - which I love!  My wedding (way back when) took place on my Grandparent's property in Granite Bay, California.

Merisa's wedding is taking place fall 2010 - full with lush browns, oranges, reds and a touch of purple thrown in there.  Can't wait to get designing with her!!!

Shows > Pics from the Premier Wedding Show

As promised ... pics from yesterday's bridal show at Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa.  A very special thank you to my friend, Sharon, for keeping me company and helping me out at the show!!  Also, to Martha (Blooms by Martha Andrews), my office mate and friend, thank you bunches for the floral arrangement you so graciously donated to by booth!  Everyone commented on how beautiful and unique it was.  I'm just sorry my pics don't do the arrangement justice!!

The day flew by as we chatted with brides, grooms and the family members who visited the show.  Thanks to all of you for braving the super-cold Sunday afternoon!

The show was over before I knew it!  Seriously the day went by so fast.  Usually, the last hour of a show is pretty slow and the minutes drag on and on.  Not so for this show.  When Nicole of Dynamite Weddings told me it was just after 4p ... I didn't believe her.  :)  

Ooo, and speaking of Dynamite Weddings ... they are hosting a workshop titled, "Ignite Your Wedding Style" on Sunday, March 15th at the Tsakopoulos Library Galleria from 10-4p.  The cost is $35/guest.  Find out more and sign up at the Dynamite Weddings website.

It's about that time!  2009 Wedding Season opens tomorrow at Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa.  This upscale show caters to the bride who is looking for the best of the best in the Sacramento wedding industry.  Join us tomorrow, January 4th, from 11am to 4pm to meet vendors, see a fashion show and learn about special offers.  Check out the Premier Wedding Show website for more details.

Show Note for Saturday, September 13th

Bridal Expo at Sunrise Mall is coming up fast!  The show takes place over two days - Saturday, September 13th (9-10p) and Sunday, September 14th (11-6p). For more information visit Bridal Expo online.

I am in a wedding on September, 13th and my booth will be covered by Elizabeth, a wedding planner & affliate of AFWPI (Bridal Expo's show promoter).  Elizabeth will be able to hand out materials, samples and answer basic questions about Stephanie J Designs products and services. 

If you are interested in detailed information about SJD products & services, (or if you just wanna meet me!!) I will be at the show all day on Sunday, September 14th.

I'll be fresh off an evening of bridesmaid duties!!  Wish me luck. {smile!}
